Unbreakable Motorbike

I needed to make a little THANK YOU for a mate so as I having some dressed cypress pine & spotted gum offcuts along with some 3/4's done merbau wheels, a motorbike it was PLUS I already had the templates for the sides and centre....

I made a modification to Tony's original plan in that I added two 1/4" dowels through the centre of the bike for easy of holding it together....

You can see the dowel in the photos; plus I used 5/16" dowel for the wheel axles to ensure it was little boy or girl proof....
The sides are the Cypress Pine; the centre is the Spotted Gum and the wheels are Merbau with Tassie Oak dowels.....

The whole bike is approx 8" long and 3" high...

Anyways ladies & gents, a fun little project only taking a couple of hours in the shed plus the wheel making...

Cheers, crowie
